Investing.com - U.S. stocks are seen edging higher at the open Wednesday, rebounding after the previous session’s sharp losses, but investors remain anxious about the strength of the economic recovery and future monetary policy.
At 7:05 AM ET (1105 GMT), the Dow Futures contract was up 15 points, or 0.1%, S&P 500 Futures traded 6 points, or 0.1%, higher, while Nasdaq 100 Futures climbed 30 points, or 0.2%.
The blue chip Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped almost 300 points, or 0.8%, on Tuesday, its fifth losing day in six, while the broad-based S&P 500 lost 0.6% and the Nasdaq Composite slipped 0.5%.
