Steam-powered passenger train passed through Medicine Hat on Friday A locomotive built in Montreal in 1930 has come through Medicine Hat on it’s way south. It passed through Medicine Hat on Friday afternoon and is overnighting in Dundurn. It leaves from the railyard at 9 a.m. on Saturday. The CPKC Final Spike Steam Tour started in Calgary and will travel to Mexico and back in celebration of CPKC’s one year anniversary.
