Sentenced in Hull courts this week, from callous woman to pub menace
The courtrooms of Hull Crown Court bared witness to a range of crimes this week, from a man who intimately touched a woman while she was asleep to a man who strangled a teen mum as she clutched her baby daughter.
While some were given suspended jail sentences and a chance to show they can change, others were not so lucky. A drunk who wielded two knives at a pub, leaving customers running for cover, and an aggressive man who trashed a former housemate's home, received immediate prison terms.
