'Obstructive' staff, 9,000-puff vapes and sales to kids: Shop slapped with three month closure order

Illegal 9,000-puff vapes have been uncovered at a store in Darlington. Magic Vape, in the town centre, was under investigation following several complaints from members of the public about the sale of illegal vapes to children from the Tubwell Row premises.
