'FaceTime is great, hugs are better': NorCal families reunite amid holiday pandemic travel Emotional and exciting moments unfolded at the Sacramento International Airport this week as family members met, some not having seen each other for quite a while. With more fully vaccinated travelers, people are finding it safer to fly. "So happy," said mom Becky Davis Majewski of Folsom, who picked up daughter Emma from the airport. "FaceTime is great, but hugs are better." Air Force serviceman Brock Berech surprised friend Luis Martinez at the airport. The two started training together over a year ago, and Martinez recently left for an assignment in New Jersey. "We’ll be doing a Friendsgiving tomorrow," Berech said. "It means a lot to be home," Martinez said. "Can’t wait to surprise my friends also." …
