The Queen and the Royal family have been pictured leaving St Austell train station, in Cornwall, earlier today. Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Prince William and Kate were on their way to the Eden Project for a reception with the G7 leaders. Although Cornwall residents have had months to prepare mentally for the G7, no one quite expected the scenes we've been witnessing over the past few days. Who knew that the President of the United States would ever brave our dreaded Chiverton Cross? Who knew that Joe Biden, Boris Johnson, Justin Trudeau, Yoshihide Suga, Angela Merkel, Mario Draghi and Emmanuel Macron would all meet up on Carbis Bay beach?
