Exception: Netflix's New Anime Features Art by Final Fantasy's Yoshitaka Amano
Netflix has announced Exception, a new sci-fi horror anime that will feature character designs from Final Fantasy's Yoshitaka Amano.
Exception was announced by Netflix as part of its Geeked Week event. The new horror anime is based on a new story by Japanese author and director Otsuichi, who previously wrote the screenplay for Ultraman Geed, as well as the surrealist manga The Chronicle of The Clueless Age. Celebrated watercolor painter Yoshitaka Amano, widely known for his work on the Final Fantasy series, Vampire Hunter D and Neil Gaiman's The Sandman: The Dream Hunters, will provide character designs for the series.
