The number of trips being taken in and out of Australia has almost doubled since March, according to the latest figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
In May alone, 663,970 people flew overseas, with favourite European destinations such as France, Italy, Greece and Britain high on Australians’ lists.
